Refund policy

At Shivraj Jewels, we want you to shop with confidence. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with the original packaging and tags (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by the order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please email us at shivrajjewels06@gmail.com. Once your request is reviewed, we'll share the return instructions and shipping details.

Please don't send any product back without contacting us first, as we won't be able to process unsolicited returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We'll review your request and work towards a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalised products (if applicable)

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us before placing your request.

Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
